Overview
In mid-January of 2024 a larger owner / operator in MO reached out to MIG about divesting one of their smaller more rural MO assets. While the seller was and still is active acquiring SNFs, they felt the smaller rural asset made sense to unload. The owner was looking to make a deal quick and knew MIG knows the MO SNF market inside and out.
Results
In less than 2 months from first connecting on the deal, MIG successfully brought a buyer to the table and got a deal closed via a lease to purchase agreement.
