Overview

MIG had sold one of the properties in this portfolio to the owner in recent years. After some time, the ownership group decided they wanted to step back from the senior living space that can be so hands on and time consuming. The seller reached back out to MIG to sell their remaining MO senior living assets.

Results

MIG was able to bring a local MO buyer to the table that had looked at one of these assets in the past when it was first listed, but timing wasn't right back then. This time around, the buyer was ready and eager to take on the asset, as well as the remainder of the portfolio.

Conclusion

So much comes down to timing on deals! Finding the right buyer for a deal means finding a buyer at the right time. Oftentimes, a buyer will be interested in a deal, but they just don't have the time or resources to take it down until a later date.
