A repeat client for MIG wanted to make a deal on another one of their MO SNFs. Not only was the seller a repeat client, but so was the buyer.
Having already completed one deal with each other, the next was even easier. Within a short time frame, MIG was able to get another lease to purchase deal across the finish line on this small and rural MO SNF. The lease is cheaper than what a loan would have cost a buyer and gives the seller some cash flow while the clock ticks towards the purchase option deadline.
Once again, MIG and its clients were getting creative to get deals done during a high-interest rate environment.
